Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Meridian Agency ("Meridian", "we", "us", "our"). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our service

Meridian provides a done-for-you lead recovery and customer communication system designed for kitchen and bath remodeling businesses. The service includes missed-call text-back, lead reactivation, review generation, online booking, web lead response, weekly reporting, Google Business Profile updates, and AI-assisted call handling.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Pricing and payment

Our service is offered at a single price tier of $99 USD per week on a recurring subscription basis, plus a $99 USD one-time activation fee charged at signup. Coupons or promotional codes may waive the activation fee.

Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle.

4. Our guarantees

Launch Guarantee

Your lead machine will be live within 72 business hours of signup, or your $99 activation fee is waived.

Lead Guarantee

If you have not received a booked consultation by day 45 of active service, we will refund the monthly fee for that period and continue running the service free of charge until your first consultation books.

Fit Guarantee

If you cancel within the first 30 days of service, you will receive a full export of your leads, chat transcripts, contact records, and call logs at no additional charge.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@meridianagencies.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as expressly described in our guarantees above, fees are non-refundable.

6. Exclusivity

We operate on a metro-area exclusivity model — only one Meridian client is onboarded per metropolitan market. Once your metro is filled, we will not onboard a competing remodeler in your area for the duration of your active subscription.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our service to send unsolicited communications, violate applicable telecommunications regulations (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC requirements), or engage in any unlawful activity. You are responsible for ensuring your contact lists comply with consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

All software, content, and materials provided by Meridian remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your active subscription. Content you provide (business name, logos, customer data) remains your property.

9. Confidentiality and data

We treat your customer data, business performance information, and account details as confidential. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, push updates, or experience temporary outages. Material outages affecting active subscribers will be communicated promptly.

12. Modifications to the service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Meridian Agency is operated by Rare Pull Pty Ltd ATF Drop Bear Trust (ACN 696 873 113, ABN 35 910 588 536), an Australian company providing services to clients located in the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
